JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Ensure that all parts of the technical Infrastructure Enterprise IT and Industrial (OT) IT design
are correctly implemented by the Vendors as per corporate IT/OT standards working with the HQ IT team
• Provide technical operational support on the current Enterprise IT & OT LAN/WAN/Cyber
Security Technical Controls like Firewalls Administration following proper Incident Management Process
• Technical Project Management of any IT/OT initiatives as part of Corporate IT rollout
• Perform routine proactive server maintenance activities including Windows /Linux patching
and maintain Backup/Recovery
• IT services monitoring and ITOM tools configuration as new assets are added and produce
Capacity Modelling/ planning report based on trend analysis
• Maintain the updated documentation of servers/storage/Backup/DC LAN/Security/WAN
Architecture and Configuration details
• Build servers/Storage/Backup/DC LAN/Desktops based on the standards and designs
developed by working closely with the project team to gather and interpret specifications for
Server Hardware and Software
• Develop processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment
• Plan, design and install new and existing computer systems
• Collaborate with the facility operations team in gathering requirements and coordinating
activities with the Vendors/Systems Integrators based on the project scope and deliverables
• Support any DC certification Process and Corporate Audit team for any certification and Audit work
• Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your
immediate supervisor / the head of department.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your
immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
• Respond to emergency calls (24x7 hrs).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
• Diploma/degree in Computer / Information Science/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field of study required.
• 6+ years of working experience in supporting IT infrastructure in an end-user environment and/or coordinating and/supporting IT business processes (data center / mission-critical operations environment is an advantage)
• Good experience in managing IT & Network infrastructure, with good knowledge of server & network architecture
• Working knowledge and experience with OT Systems in a Critical DATA CENTRE Environment. Cisco Core/Server Access Switches, Cisco SD-WAN, Fortinet/Checkpoint , Pal Alto Firewalls/ Windows Server/ADS server Administration
• Good project management skills and experience for infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge of Microsoft AD, SQL, Networking, IT Compliance, and Vendor Management
• Good knowledge of Cloud architecture environment and technical background to understand end to end infrastructure setup or integration
