
Relocation cum General Affairs Senior Specialist (Korean/English Speaking)
Job Description
Position Summary
1. Assist the management efficiently for them to fully focus on their work.2. Support decision making of the management by collecting, analyzing and delivering relevant information.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Relocation Service:
• Manage and carry out relocation services for the Management & some Dispatchers including visa application, work permit, temporary residence card (with agency support for application submission), air-ticket, housing rental contracts, car rental/ purchase, school for their children, moving services and other logistics...
• Monitor office lease contracts and work with building management as needed.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to expatriate management, including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, document preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Other general work as required by the manager
2. General Affairs:
• Oversee and optimize daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage office budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, and facility services.
• Lead office administration initiatives and improve workplace processes.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, office policies, and workplace experience programs.
• Organize corporate events, meetings, business travel, and executive support activities.
• Manage office assets, records, and administrative documentation.
3. Process expense payments of employees in the department
• Manage expense payment for the vendors providing relocation services such as visa & WP fees, housing fees, school fees, driver salary and other expenses for the Management but no limited to some other expense payment of GA as required by the manager
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Good command of English / Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage.
* 3–4 years of experience in General Affairs (GA), Office Administration, Relocation Services, or similar roles.
* Experience supporting expatriates with visa, work permit, housing, and other relocation arrangements is preferred.
* Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
