JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Coordinator – Support and Special Projects is responsible for coordinating new non-Toyota equipment, Allied Sales, and out-of-market shipments for Shoppa’s Mid America (SMA). This role serves as the primary point of contact for inbound equipment and allied leads, supports CRM management within Microsoft Dynamics, and prepares customer-facing reports, including quarterly business reviews. This position also supports sales operations by managing reporting, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The role requires strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively support the sales team and related departments.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Sales & Equipment Coordination

• Coordinate new non-Toyota equipment, Allied sales, storage solutions, and Toyota ship-ins
• Manage deliveries, shipments, and inbound equipment logistics
• Validate accuracy of new orders
• Oversee inventory of stock and demo units

Lead & CRM Management

• Serve as primary contact for inbound leads (phone, Aimbase, and internet)
• Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM data and processes

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop customer reports for sales presentations and quarterly business reviews
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and forecasts
• Utilize Power BI and ERP systems to analyze and present data

Sales Operations Support

• Prepare lease documentation
• Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures
• Support service market share reporting and VOC survey preparation

Collaboration & Communication

• Foster effective communication across sales and cross-functional teams
• Provide support to sales and other departments as needed

Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned

 

BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field, or commensurate work experience; proven work experience in a sales support function, experience utilizing CRM, MS Dynamics and SAP; proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); and MS Excel software, in-depth understanding of the sales administration process; excellent interpersonal and team management skills with emphasis in problem solving; strong analytical and organizational skills; product knowledge in the material handling industry and experience managing projects.

Office employees typically sit for long periods and perform tasks that require fine motor skills, such as typing or using a mouse. Working Conditions:  Work indoors and sometimes outdoors; exposure to temperatures commensurate with outdoor seasonal temperatures.
