Senior Lab Manager

Job Summary: This position is for planning, building, and managing a world class demo/ISV lab for Coherent's Data Center and Networking products and technology. This position is based at Coherent’s site in Santa Clara, CA and supports key and strategic customer visits as well as proof of concept runs for strategic customers. This is a senior lab manager position to plan, build, and maintain a demo/ISV lab for key and strategic customers primarily for our networking products. This position is based at Coherent’s site in Santa Clara, CA. Strong technical background and hands-on experience in an engineering lab dealing with servers and network switches, excellent communication skills, and ability to work with customers and internal teams are required.
