Industrial Engineer

Emerson Test & Measurement is hiring a Supply Chain Industrial Engineer to improve how decisions are made across procurement, planning, manufacturing, and fulfillment. You'll apply statistical methods, data analysis, and systems thinking to build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting that drive data-informed decisions and surface opportunities for operational improvement.

Working across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and IT/data teams, you'll analyze master data and processes (items, suppliers, BOMs, routings, lead times, locations), identify drivers of variability and defects, and turn analysis into practical recommendations.

Ideal candidates are curious, analytical self-starters comfortable navigating ambiguity. Requires a bachelor's in industrial engineering, analytics, or a related field and up to 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, ERP systems, and responsible AI tools is a plus.
