About the Role

As the Team Lead for our Aftersales Spare Parts team, you’ll ensure the smooth running of the spare parts department. 

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, developing and motivating the parts team (3)

• Delivering a premium customer experience

• Ensuring parts are provided effectively and efficiently to customers

• Drive continuous improvement methodologies and practices in the everyday aftersales activities

• Stock control including forecasting and purchasing recommendations

• Ensuring departmental KPIs and financial targets are achieved

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or parts advisory role, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment

• Ability to lead a small team

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A team player with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Greentree) and Microsoft Office Suite
