HR Generalist

Quanex is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Owatonna, MN.

In this role, you will provide proactive HR support and play a key part in driving key HR initiatives across the site. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders, offering day‑to‑day guidance on employee relations, coaching and development, onboarding, and other core HR activities.
