Road Engineer (Roads & Infrastructure)
Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Road Engineer (Roads & Infrastructure) to supervise and coordinate road construction and infrastructure works across project sites in Dubai.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervise day-to-day road and infrastructure construction activities.
Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
Identify and resolve technical and construction issues.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in roads and infrastructure construction projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of road works, drainage work.
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and RTA requirements and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
