This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Demand Generation based in the United States.

This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling a global demand generation engine that directly fuels enterprise pipeline and revenue growth. You will define the strategy, structure, and execution model for multi-channel marketing programs spanning brand awareness, ABM, partner campaigns, and full-funnel demand creation. Operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on builder, you will establish a high-performing function from the ground up while driving measurable business impact across global markets. The role requires close alignment with sales and marketing leadership to ensure pipeline targets are met and continuously optimized. You will lead a growing team, own the demand generation budget, and shape how marketing performance is measured and scaled. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly influences revenue outcomes and organizational growth.
