How you create impact
- Take responsibility for daily handling import / export projects shipments via KN System.
- Take responsibility and handle shipping documentations, customs documentations, quotation, Invoicing.
- Follow the progress of documentation issue, customs clearance process & arrange the delivery plan to meet the client’s request.
- Monitor the local sub-contractor’s performance as customs clearance process, port handling, transportation & delivery.
- Consult with customers about import - export customs procedures, local customs regulation, port handling, transportation…etc to set up the best solution for customers.
- Accept business mobilization: business trips/on-site or implant working.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Sea Logistics.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Import/Export operations and customs clearance (import exposure preferred).
- Foreign Trade knowledge; understanding of import/export regulations is an advantage.
- Customer-focused with commercial mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, improvement-oriented, and able to communicate effectively across stakeholders.
- Good command of English.
- Candidates with short notice period are preferred.
