Position Overview:
You will lead the introduction of new products into production, including gauges, displays, and electronic assemblies. Serving as the primary point of contact for cross-functional launch activities. In this role, you coordinate engineering, operations, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined safety and quality standards. You oversee the full new product introduction lifecycle from feasibility through production launch while driving manufacturing readiness and process reliability. This role is a compelling opportunity because you directly influence successful product launches and scalable manufacturing execution across programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of new product introduction programs from feasibility through production launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, and sourcing to ensure alignment and execution.
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for product launches.
- Track and manage program budgets and support business case development for new opportunities.
- Assess manufacturing feasibility and readiness to support product introduction.
- Lead manufacturing design and validation reviews, including PFMEA development and readiness activities.
- Conduct and evaluate pre-production builds to validate product and process readiness.
- Own change management processes for new and existing products.
- Compile and manage customer and stakeholder requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
- Lead structured problem-solving and root cause investigation for product and process issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing product launch timelines.
- Understanding manufacturing processes, validation, and product launch methodologies.
- Deep understanding of phase/gate product launch processes
- Experience with PFMEA, pre-production builds, and product validation activities.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Travel as required.

The starting pay range for Washington is $81,000 to $107,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
