Monitoring and controlling mass production, timely identification and mitigation of project and operational risks, controlled implementation of engineering and process changes, effective management and closure of critical escalations, and driving problem solving at OSAT.
Regular KPI tracking and management reporting, data-driven decision-making and action planning, achievement of quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets, and performing lot disposition and MRB (Material Review Board) processes.
