Overview Are you ready to make a difference in the world of insurance claims? As a Claims Advocate Associate at Gallagher, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality claims processes. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to clients, helping them navigate claims with confidence and clarity. How you'll make an impact Ensure claims are accurately validated, organized, and documented to maintain high service standards. Collaborate with Advocates across multiple coverage lines to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, resolve issues, and flag potential risks. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including carriers, producers, and third-party administrators, to drive collaboration and resolve challenges. Contribute to team success by sharing updates, coordinating tasks, and maintaining alignment with peers. Leverage your expertise in claims lifecycle, coverage concepts, and industry standards to deliver exceptional results. About you We’re looking for someone who: Has at least 3 years of experience in claims-related processes, with exposure to lines of business like Auto, Property, Directors & Officers (D&O), Management Liability, and General Liability. Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. Is proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Thrives in high-pressure environments and can manage time-sensitive deliverables with ease. Brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a detail-oriented approach to their work. Is collaborative, approachable, and responsive, with a commitment to building positive relationships. Has a deep understanding of claims terminology, coverage principles, investigative practices, and industry best practices. Holds a Bachelor’s degree (required) and claims-related certifications (desirable). We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences.
