The Sales Support is responsible for welcoming customers to the store and working with the team to create the best environment. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Requirements
Strong ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Complete sales reports.
Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Flexible time schedule (Tuesday-Friday 9:00-18:00 & Sat 9:00-15:00)
Responsibilities
To answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
Effectively communicating daily with visitors
Credit submission
Ensure that relevant database is updated
All enquiries to be acknowledged within two hours after receipt
Meet all agreed SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Maintain and prevent customer records, using automated systems
Administrating all relevant documents
Facilitate internal communication with Finance dpt
Prepare vehicle sales invoicing
Soft skills:
Be consistent and well organized
Strong customer services skills
Keep calm and have a positive attitude while working under pressure
General education degree or equivalent
Good communication skills
Hard skills:
General education degree or equivalent
Knowledge of supporting and administrative processes
IT literate
Good command of English - verbal and written
