Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support the ideation, execution, and optimisation of both ongoing and tactical marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including creative assets and copywriting.
  • Contribute to major partnership initiatives, including influencer and social media activations.

2. Data & Performance Analytics

  • Assist in consolidating, updating, and analysing marketing data to track campaign performance.
  • Support reporting processes, including data consolidation and insights generation.
  • Assist in campaign tracking and analytics to enhance performance and effectiveness.
  • Provide support for data-related marketing projects.

3. Stakeholder Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of marketing activities.
  • Provide operational support across various marketing initiatives as required.

4. Market & Trend Monitoring

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing channels, and social media platforms.

5. General Support

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Education & Background

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Business IT, Data Science, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (e.g., Performance Marketing).

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of statistics and analytics is an added advantage.

Attributes & Competencies

  • Strong interest in social media, with a passion for staying current on trends and best practices.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Creative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
