Auto Material Damage Supervisor

Auto Material Damage Supervisor Objective To assist the Auto Claims Manager in the application of a team-based approach to the handling of auto material damage (AMD) claims. Oversee the daily operation of an AMD Claims Representatives team, to ensure claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner while delivering excellent customer service. To act as resource and coach to the members of the AMD Team necessary to achieve department and company objectives. To oversee the settlement of auto material damage, property damage and mini-tort claims, and work toward resolution of complex issues and complaints from the AMD Team.
