DSP- Direct Support Professional (Residential/Supported Living Skill Builder)

Necco has an opportunity for a career as a Skill Builder on our Residential Campus AND/OR Supported Living program. This is a Direct Service Provider (DSP) role. Starting rate of pay is determined based on Experience and/or Education and ranges from $13.50-$15.00 per hour. This role will add the most value to the company by providing supervision, ensuring safety, and providing outstanding customer service to the youth in our care. The role of Skill Builder helps to provide the best day possible by providing our youth with fun, consistency, and trust.
