Registered Nurse

- Deliver direct patient care for assigned Medical-Surgical patients - Perform ongoing assessments and monitor patient condition and response to treatment - Communicate changes in condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology to physicians - Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per orders - Provide patient and family education and guide nursing support staff - Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient status - Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation - Ensure compliance with patient safety, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
