Optical Fiber R&D Draw Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Draw Technician to join our specialty optical fiber team. In this role, you will bridge R&D and manufacturing by operating an optical fiber draw tower to support research and production efforts, adjusting process parameters, and gathering data on fiber properties. You will collaborate closely with scientists and engineers to develop and scale new specialty fibers.
