Job Description

Main Accountabilities

  • Assists in developing personal care/ toiletries/ color cosmetics formulation according to TSR raised by commercial care team.
  • Keep abreast with market trends and creating innovative formulations.
  • Respond to customer technical enquiries received via the sales team through email, WhatsApp, Teams, and TSR Lite.
  • Coordinate with principals to support and clarify product technical information requested by the sales team.
  • Assists in raise complaint report to principal whenever PC product's quality related received from CS or sales team
  • Handle complaint reporting to principals for PC product quality issues raised by Customer Service or the sales team.
  • Create and update sales toolkits to reflect marketing trends, new launches, and principals’ concept directions for product promotion activities.
  • Convert sales toolkits into PowerPoint presentation formats for effective use by the sales team
  • Record all the lab activities, formulation trials, finalized formulation into CRM.
  • Assists and support on communication, knowledge transfer and sharing of best practices across lab and sales team.
  • Support sales team to visit customers as and when required.
  • Day-to-day responsibility for laboratory operations
  • Maintain and support compliant Health and Safety procedures in the laboratory and Samples Department.
  • Coordinate and support the handling and arrangement of incoming samples from all principals.
  • Assists and support in the re-packing of materials for the Samples Department and review the implementation of procedures
  • Manage and cover the duties of the Samples Department during holidays, if and when required.
