Clubhouse Generalist

Assist clubhouse members in defining their needs and formulating Clubhouse goals and objectives as part of their Person- Centered Planning plan. Provides supportive counseling services and advocacy on member behalf as needed. Evaluate progress on Clubhouse goals and work with members to make appropriate revisions to support personal successes. Ensure that related goal documentation is completed and meets established program standards. Participate in planning and implementing clubhouse activities and responsibilities to maintain sound cooperativerelationships between work and non-work aspects of the program.
