Junior SME - Functional Expert
Job Description
Onsite GPP expert - Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaise between Client system and Finastra teams
Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) / ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops Onsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc.
Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Business configuration
Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc.
Support Bank’s SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc
Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds. Support production upgrades.
Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, Use Cases)
5-7 years experience
Strong experience in GPP
