Job Responsibilities:
The Shift Leader directs restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the highest standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and safety for both brands.

- Production: Prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and other products.
- Customer Service: Greet guests and accurately take orders with a positive attitude.
- Team Leadership: Monitor employee breaks, track overtime, and assist with staff scheduling.
- Training: Help train, motivate, and manage new team members.
- Operations: Clean equipment, maintain a safe workspace, and manage shift changes.
- Financials: Enforce cash-handling policies and document notes for the Daily Cash Report.
- Compliance: Audit necessary shift paperwork to ensure operational accuracy.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
