
Senior Manager-Marketing Investments
Job Description
Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments solutions for Small, Medium and Large businesses. GCS Global Marketing team is responsible for attracting, retaining, and engaging new and existing customers, with the guiding objective to serve the right treatment, at the right moment and the right margins.
The Global Investment Optimization (GIO) team is core to GCS Marketing, with a primary function of developing and driving cross-market/ treatment/ channel strategy though management of core planning and investment processes. The GIO team manages a $1B+ Marketing budget that fuels the growth of the organization.
GIO is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to oversee investment management which includes business planning, performance management and decision support for Marketing. Additionally, he/she will partner with key stakeholders across the business to deliver accurate business updates, performance insights and recommendations to drive results across global marketing.
- Manage Risk and Opportunities model, Annual Planning process and Investment insights on performance
- Partner cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of evolving performance expectations and underlying drivers
- Leverage large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights and influence leadership decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across Marketing and Finance
- Serve as a subject matter expert in reporting and forecasting
- Act as the primary point of contact for GIO in support of Marketing
- Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives to drive marketing growth
4+ years of relevant work experience
Very organized with meticulous attention to details
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision
Highly motivated with excellent collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization and reporting
Working knowledge of AI tools and applications to support data analysis, marketing insights, and process efficiency
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to structure and analyze large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive, team-oriented mindset
Ability to synthesize and communicate complex ideas with clarity, brevity, and impact
Confidence to ask questions, develop a point of view, and effectively engage with senior leaders
