Operations Manager - Electrical

The Operations Manager, Electrical is responsible for leading the full operational, financial, and people performance of Modern Niagara’s Electrical division. This role oversees all aspects of project execution including safety, quality, forecasting, scheduling, and profitability while cultivating a high performance culture rooted in our core values and SMaC operating discipline. In this position, you will drive strategic planning, strengthen client and stakeholder relationships, and develop top talent to ensure the division’s long term success. Through disciplined leadership and collaborative alignment across office and field teams, this role ensures consistent delivery of safe, high quality, and profitable electrical projects that support our growth objectives and market reputation.
