Lead end-to-end operational performance for the Iconex Labels business, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-efficient manufacturing while enabling profitable growth. Own execution across manufacturing, safety, quality, and integrated supply chain functions including planning, procurement, and logistics. Serve as the operational leader of the Labels business, partnering closely with Commercial leadership and key end-user relationships to align operational capabilities with market needs and deliver strong P&L performance.
