Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)- Full Time - Nightshift

Banyan Treatment Centers is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in Castle Rock, CO to support patients across our inpatient SUD and mental health tracks. This is a meaningful, community-facing role for someone who wants to be a trusted presence for people working hard to change their lives. You'll support structured daily programming, conduct safety checks, document observations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Lived experience with recovery is valued. We offer $17–$20/hr, 12-hour day shifts, and the stability of a Joint Commission–accredited, nationally recognized organization. HS diploma or equivalent required. Apply by 6/30/2026.
