Overview Role & Responsibilities As a Group Account Manager in the Account Management Department, you are a senior partner to both your clients and your internal teams. You will lead multiple account teams to deliver complex digital and technology-led projects; spanning websites, apps, platforms, or bespoke technology solutions, while driving client business growth and unlocking new business opportunities. You will build and nurture senior client relationships, translate client business objectives into actionable digital strategies and roadmaps, and ensure your teams deliver exceptional work on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. In addition to overseeing project delivery, you will actively contribute to organic account growth and lead strategic conversations and presentations with senior internal and external stakeholders. This role suits experienced digital account personnel who combines hands-on delivery expertise with strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a collaborative approach to unlock growth for both clients and the agency. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Relationship Management Act as senior day-to-day contact for key client stakeholders; build and maintain trusted relationships at the highest client levels. Shape and oversee strategic digital plans and roadmaps that align with client business objectives. Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all work meets brand guidelines and internal quality benchmarks. Identify and convert opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services. Lead external presentations and discussions with client senior leadership to showcase agency thinking, strategy, performance, and new ideas.
