Team Leader, Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI)

Team Leader, Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI): Halff is seeking a CEI Team Leader in our Austin, TX and Midland, TX locations. The ideal candidate would bring experience managing inspection and testing teams, managing projects or coordinating tasks of moderate size and complexity, making decisions independently and resolving complex problems. Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degree. Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Texas. Valid Texas Driver’s License. 10+ years of experience in roadway design and managing projects for DOT and/or municipal projects, preferably in Texas. Responsible for the management, growth, and leadership of the Construction Engineering and Inspection Teams in South Texas.
