Job Description
The Line Cook is an essential member of the kitchen team who prepares dishes by following established
recipes and cooking guidelines provided by the onsite Food and Beverage leadership and repeatedly
producing correctly plated menu items in the established time frames for each. This role involves following
recipes, adhering to food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The Line Cook provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle
Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills
representative of Castle Royal Service.
