Analyze legal cases, provide legal opinions and advice that are right and effective for litigation cases in the company
Ensure effective litigation management of all cases
Timely filing of cases and monitoring their progress, and provide timely updates to the relevant leaders of division
Prepare documents needed both internally and externally
Attend police summons or court proceedings on behalf of the company
Brief internal employees in preparation to attending legal meetings
Work with the internal operational and compliance team to strengthen internal control and anti-fraud system

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university and having at least 4-year experience in Corporate Litigation
Minimum of 1-2 years of law firm experience
Having a PERADI license is preferable
Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously
Able to be proactive and take initiative
