About the Job
As a Global Order Operations Analyst, you will act as the single point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring seamless communication and consolidated reporting on order status and delivery. You will manage the end-to-end customer order lifecycle, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support operational execution across Order Management (OM) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for strategic account inquiries and provide consolidated reporting on orders and deliveries.
Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, product queries, returns, and discounts.
Ensure customer-specific requirements (e.g. bagging, booking, VAS levelling) are met per compliance agreements.
Collaborate with Distribution, Logistics, Sales, and Merch Planning to ensure timely shipments and resolve supply challenges.
Maintain accurate customer data and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee external service provider performance for OM and AR activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Drive EDI implementation and support business plan execution for strategic accounts.
Monitor cash collection performance, support legal and bad debt processes, and assist in dispute resolution and chargebacks.
Investigate and resolve unclear remittance details and billing discrepancies.
About You
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years in B2B or e-commerce customer service
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (2–3 years preferred)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in order management or AR; apparel industry experience a plus
Fluent in English (written and verbal); Czech or French is a plus

Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with supplier portals (e.g., Vendor Central)

This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected salary range for this role is PLN 96,000–127,900 gross per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency. Where roles are advertised across multiple locations, local ranges will apply.
