Your Role
As an HR & Talent Acquisition Working Student / Intern, you will play a key role in shaping both the employee journey and candidate experience. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across HR operations and recruitment, working closely together with your colleagues in the People team.
HR Operations
Actively contribute to projects that aim to improve the HR function and workflows of our company
Support the full annual HR cycle, including onboarding and offboarding, learning and development, employee administration, and company events
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Contribute to the monthly payroll process
Talent Acquisition
Take active part in the full-cycle recruitment process
Maintain candidate pipelines and our ATS (Tellent / Recruitee)
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience as a key point of contact
Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment content
Employer Branding & Campus Recruitment
Supporting content creation for social media and the WEBB Careers page
Support employer branding initiatives and campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with universities and student associations
Help organize career fairs, in-house events, and campus activities
