Job Description

  • Participate in the manufacturing concept based on product architecture and requirements for robust processes
  • Give input to the manufacturing concept based on experience in production, lean principles, and robust processes
  • Establishes an adequate project base
  • Helps build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project
  • Tailors optional activities according to the projects needs and ensure compliance to the processes.
  • Take responsibility in failure analysis of 0-KM and other product issues, review/communicate the impact on manufacturing activities and work closely with the QMP, NPL and Manufacturing team.
  • Support and ensure quality compliance and control while increasing line capacity and productivity through process control and improvement activities.
  • Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required.
  • 2 years vocational graduate
  • Must have a minimum experience of 2 years in manufacturing industry
  • Must be familiar in the control plan and or process work flow, knowledgeable in IATF 16949, Environment, Health & Safety, layered process audit, visual tools and operators' instruction
