DESCRIPTION

The Finance Analyst III supports Gross Profit (GP) management across Sinch’s CPaaS and SaaS businesses. The role focuses on revenue and cost allocation, financial reconciliations, and business analysis, acting as a strategic partner to Finance, Data, and other stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Gross Profit analysis for CPaaS and SaaS products, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Manage and improve revenue and cost allocation models.

  • Perform monthly reconciliations of revenue, COGS, and GP across systems.

  • Analyze margins by customer, product, and geography.

  • Deliver insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, and dashboards.

  • Partner with the Data/Analytics team on reporting, metrics, and data quality.

Product Connection 
Supports CPaaS and SaaS products by ensuring clear Gross Profit visibility and performance insights.

Organizational Context 
Part of the Finance (FP&A) team, working closely with Data, Accounting, Product, and global stakeholders. Reports into FP&A leadership.

Role Importance 
Key role in ensuring financial transparency, profitability analysis, and informed strategic decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.

  • FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS, CPaaS, telecom, or tech environments.

  • Strong knowledge of revenue models, cost structures, and margin analysis.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience with large data sets and financial modeling.

  • Familiarity with ERP and billing systems is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
