Associate Counsel

Job Summary: Provides legal advice and counsel to INTRUST Financial Corporation and INTRUST Bank, N.A. on a variety of legal matters. Primary responsibilities include reviewing and revising vendor contracts and other agreements, policies, and procedures, managing litigation, assisting with deposit-related issues, advising on consumer compliance matters, and overseeing document retention. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.
