Team members are required to come to the office only once a week.
About the role
The Travel & Expense Programme Support Analyst provides key support to the Global Travel (GT) team, with a primary focus on the Citibank card rollout and ongoing travel and expense operations. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently, manage queries efficiently, and contribute to the successful deployment and adoption of payment solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Support the day to day general requests for the Global Travel Inbox.
- Support the rollout and implementation of the Citibank travel and expense card programme
- Act as a team member for the Global Travel inbox, responding to queries related to travel and expense cards in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently to manage assigned tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
- Assist in developing and delivering training materials to support card programme adoption
- Provide support and guidance to employees on travel and expense card usage and processes
- Identify issues and apply problem-solving skills to resolve user and operational challenges. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to travel and expense programmes

- Experience with corporate travel and expense card programmes
- Experience creating training materials and documentation
- Background in travel, expense management, or finance operations (preferred)
