Job Description
1, Perform maintenance on aircraft wheel & brake assemblies per customer specifications, OEM specifications and other approved technical requirements.
依据客户规范、 OEM 技术文件及其他批准的技术要求，执行飞机机轮与刹车组件的维修工作。
Read and understand travelers.
阅读理解工作单。
Disassemble, clean and inspect wheel & brake components for wear, defects or abnormal conditions.
参与机轮与刹车组件的分解、清洗、检查其磨损、缺陷及异常状况。
Adjust, repair or replace parts using appropriate tools.
使用合适的工具对部件进行调整、维修或更换。
Ensure replacement parts are available and serviceable; Assemble wheel & brake units and perform tests as per CMMs.
确保更换件可用且质量良好；依据部件维护手册组装机轮与刹车组件，并完成相关测试。
2, Reads and comprehends manuals and technical publications.
阅读并理解维修手册和各类技术文件。
3, Use company’s SAP system to input requirement promptly after inspection, as needed.
根据需要，使用公司 SAP 系统，并在检查完成后第一时间录入需求信息。
4, Work accurately and efficiently on individual assignments or as an active team member.
能独立或作为团队一员准确、高效地完成工作。
5, Maintain workstation 5S, perform daily tool and equipment inspection and care, and report abnormalities in a timely manner.
负责工位5S、工具日常管理与点检，发现异常及时上报。
6, Efficiently complete activities assigned by the Operation Manager.
高效完成营运经理交办的其他任务。
学历/经验要求：
Education/Experience Required/Sought:
1, Associate degree or equivalent education, with at least two years of relevant work experience in a high-quality, fast-paced environment.
大专毕业或同等学历及以上，具有2 年或 2 年以上高质量、快节奏环境下的相关工作经验。
2, Able to read and understand technical publications, CMMs, Work Instructions, and Repair Station Manuals to perform duties per customer requirements. English reading and writing skill are preferred.
能够阅读和理解技术文件、CMM 手册、工作指导书、维修站技术手册，并能依此履行客户要求的工作职责；具备英文读写能力者优先.
3, General knowledge of precision measuring tools, along with prior experience in hydraulics or pneumatics.
掌握精密测量工具的使用方法，具有液压或气动设备相关工作经验。
4, Basic Knowledge of tooling and machine maintenance.
具有基本的工装与机械维修的知识。
5，Proficient in Microsoft Office.
熟练使用办公软件（Office）。
6, Preference given to candidates with one or more of the following:
具备以下一项或多项技能者优先：
- Welding certificates 焊接证书
- Painting experience 喷涂经验
- CNC machining or programming experience 数控机床加工操作或编程经验
- Aircraft Wheels/Brake maintenance experience 飞机机轮/刹车维修经验
- Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License 航空器维修人员执照
