How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Grow and manage a portfolio of 75-100 major donors through individualized cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and engagement strategies that increase philanthropic support and strengthen the major gift pipeline.
- Cultivate major donors and prospects through personal visits, calls, tours, and other engagement activities; maintain accurate CRM records and develop proposals aligned with donor interests and Foundation and hospital priorities.
- Advance the Grateful Patient Program by partnering with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital leadership to identify and engage grateful patients and families with philanthropic potential.
- Represent the Foundation internally and externally by supporting fundraising events, conducting hospital tours, and attending community functions.
- Partner with Foundation board members, volunteers, and key stakeholders to identify prospective donors, facilitate introductions, and expand philanthropic support of the Foundation.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Certification specializing in Fund Raising preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
