What your new challenge will look like
Enable and support the growth of the Czech 4flow team by developing and executing talent acquisition initiatives
Screening, managing administrative and organizational tasks as well as conducting interviews in accordance with needs
Identifying and inspiring potential new 4flowers through actively searching on currently used networks
Acting as first point of contact to hiring managers and external parties
Monitoring efficiency and introducing current trends and ideas and promoting their implementation, develop innovative concepts and measures for the areas of recruiting and active sourcing
Supporting our international team members when needed

You can effectively manage your workload while working part-time for approximately 15 hours a week
You have 1 - 3 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in recruitment
You have successfully completed your studies in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on human resources
You know have a good understanding of local labour market (min. CZ)
Your communication skills in English and Czech are very good and you are confident with MS Office tools
You are detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and open minded
You appreciate an international environment and a motivated team and like to have fun at work. You like to take on responsibility and meet challenges with creative solutions
