About the role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our presence across retail partners and ensuring strong execution at store level. This is a hands-on, field-based position, focused on building relationships with stores, improving product visibility, and driving sales performance.
You will spend most of your time in the field, visiting points of sale, supporting activations, and ensuring our brands (Oakley, Bliz, and EA7) are well represented. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sports, retail, and customer interaction, who enjoys a dynamic and active working environment.
What you’ll do
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure strong product visibility and brand execution
- Build and maintain relationships with store staff, retailers, and local partners
- Support in-store activations, merchandising, and promotional activities
- Ensure products are consistently displayed according to brand guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and flag gaps or opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve sell-out performance
- Provide basic product knowledge and support to store teams
- Report on store visits, competitor activity, and market insights
- Travel regularly within your assigned region
What we are looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or a field-based role
- Experience in field sales within a retail environment
- Interest in the sports industry and related products
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in the field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional Balkan languages are a plus
- Basic digital skills (reporting tools, systems, etc.)
- Valid driving license (B)
