Support Microelectronics Development: Assist in the development of microelectronic assemblies for sensor circuit.

Conceptual Support: Collaborate with engineers on concept development and technical implementation.

Hands-on Development: Independently handle the assembly, commissioning, and testing of modules and systems throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Circuit Design & Microcontroller Programming

CAD Design: Create, edit, and refine circuit designs within CAD environments.

Firmware Development: Program microcontrollers and implement external communication interfaces (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, USB, or BLE).

Measurement, Testing & Qualification

Electrical Testing: Plan and execute electrical measurements and tests under various environmental conditions (e.g., temperature and climate testing).

Data Analysis: Maintain structured documentation and evaluate results to assess and further develop system performance.

Error Analysis & Optimization

Troubleshooting: Analyze technical issues at both the component and system levels.

Problem Solving: Actively identify root causes and implement effective improvement measures.

Manufacturing & Material Coordination

Process Coordination: Manage manufacturing processes and tasks related to Assembly and Packaging Technology (AVT).

Logistics: Ensure smooth operations through component management, inventory monitoring, and procurement.

Laboratory & Facility Operations

Responsibility: Take ownership of specific laboratory areas or equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Your profile

Education & Qualifications

A master degree in Electronics, Microtechnology, Mechatronics (with an electronics focus), or a comparable technical field is expected.

Advanced certification as a State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker), preferably specializing in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Microsystems Technology.

Technical Skills & Experience

Core Knowledge: Strong foundation in electrical engineering and PCB circuit design; basic knowledge of digital electronics is a plus.

Design & Programming: Experience in CAD design for electronic assemblies and microcontroller programming (including interface integration like UART, SPI, etc.).

Software: Knowledge of microcontroller operating systems (RTOS) is an advantage.

Measurement & Testing

Initial experience in testing electronic components and using environmental testing equipment (e.g., climate chambers) is ideal.

Technical Tools

Software Proficiency: Skilled in standard Office applications for documentation.

PCB Design: Experience with CAD tools such as Altium Designer, KiCAD, Cadence Allegro or OrCAD.

Simulation Skills: Proficient in using simulation tools (e.g., LTspice, TINA-TI) for circuit validation and performance prediction.

Development Tools: Proficiency in using compilers for microcontrollers.

Communication & Languages
