Mitigation Technician

The Mitigation Technician is a frontline production role responsible for delivering high-quality property damage restoration services in accordance with IICRC industry standards. This position plays a critical role in the customer experience by performing mitigation tasks with urgency and professionalism while keeping clients informed throughout the restoration process. As a direct representative of ServPro Team Landers in the field, the Mitigation Laborer upholds the company's commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement on every project.

This position will be primarily based at our new Silverthorne, CO location, with occasional visits to the main Vail office as needed.
