Maintenance team members work to ensure equipment functionality and support operations with maintenance related needs and fabrication.  Maintenance team members are expected to promote our Safety mindset, promote efficient cleanliness and work on a team. An ideal Maintenance team member will have millwright experience or training and competency with welding.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Primary Duties

  • Utilizing truss designs, fabricates jigs for high moving trusses
  • Updates and maintains jigs
  • Understands and observes all safety policies and procedures, with a major focus on Lockout Tagout
  • Maintains/fixes machinery and equipment at the facility
  • Communicates to management all concerns regarding equipment status.
  • Operates equipment related to these activities and trains less-experienced workers in equipment operation.
  • Ensures equipment is maintained and running at peak efficiencies.
  • Reports work progress to manager, may recommend changes to equipment as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Safety minded performance and behavior.
  • Advanced knowledge of the operation of all machinery and equipment.
  • General welding knowledge and capability.
  • A working knowledge of general electrical and PLC functionality.
  • Maintains certification to operate equipment if so required.
  • Millwright qualifications a plus

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 70 pounds.
  • 90% of work to be performed in an outdoor environment subject weather, noise, and dust.
  • Ability to read, write, and do basic mathematics.
