The Assistant Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving product sales to new and established national/key accounts to achieve sales objectives and market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives:
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining relationships with key customers and distributors.
Plan, direct, and coordinate sales and marketing programs in assigned territory.
Strengthen partnerships with key customers and distributors to achieve sales targets.
Leverage shopper insights, merchandising opportunities, and promotional events.
Support the development of effective distribution strategies and inventory management.
Manage and guide distributor sales representatives to drive business results.
Creates a tactical plan to achieve objectives through the sales and servicing of key accounts.
Contacts and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.
Conduct regular visits to customer locations to gather market insights.
Continue rapid business development through working closely with our key customers and distributor to achieve designated territory sales target distribution and merchandising objectives.
Leverage on in-depth understanding of retailer dynamic, shopper/consumer knowledge, merchandising opportunities, retailer promotion/events opportunities with speed and excellence.
Support the development of effective distribution and maintain healthy inventory system in the trade.
Manage distributor’s sales rep in achieving business results
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Business-related course preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience in General Trade/ Wholesaler. Modern Trade experience will be advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in distributor management.
Commercial mindset with financial acumen and attention to detail.
Highly motivated with the ability to create a positive and engaging team environment.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and stores.
