Job Description
Job Purpose
We are seeking a Brand Designer (Brand management & Governance) to support the visual implementation, manage the evolution and enforcement of our brand identity.
The role combines strong design execution, brand governance support, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all brand materials are consistent, high-quality, and comply with brand guidelines.
Key Accountabilities
1. Brand Governance & Implementation
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.
- Provide guidance and feedback to internal teams and external agencies on proper use of brand assets and templates to align execution meets brand standards, ensure compliance.
- Monitoring brand compliance across different channels and business units.
2. Design & Execution
- Visual Identity development: support the development and adaptation for brand visual identity systems, including typography, color palettes, and graphic standards.
- Campaign & Marketing Support: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Good understanding of production process, able to consult marketing team, external vendors (agencies, printers, production partners) to ensure quality of final outputs and alignment with brand standards.
3. Capability Building
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries to enable consistent and efficient execution across channels
- Provide training and support for business teams and external partners on brand guidelines
Stay updated on emerging design trends (especially AI-tools) and propose practical applications to enhance creative output, speed, and personalization at scale in design workflows
Key Relationships - Internal Stakeholders
Business block (BU), CSA, CA, development strategy, Finance plan, human resources.
Key Relationships - External Stakeholders
NCC consults domestic and foreign strategies, creative ideas, advertising communication, agencies and departments.....
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Education: Bachelor’s degree
(Major in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field can be a plus).
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in brand design, with strong exposure to brand governance and system development.
(experience working in creative agencies and exposure to leading brands or banking industry can be a plus)
Technical Mastery:
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and layout systems
- Advanced proficiency in design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation tools (ex. PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and their application in scaling design output.

Governance Experience: Proven ability to implement and enforce brand systems. Experience in B2B or complex enterprise environments is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Good project management, organization, and communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive cross-functional collaboration.
