Join Blossom ABA Therapy, a supportive team in Cambridge, MD, and a company that values your work! We're currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Role:

As an RBT with Blossom ABA Therapy, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment

• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA

• Track and report on client progress through session notes

• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day

• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids

• Previous ABA experience is a plus
