Overview We are hiring an HR Advisor to help shape the future of Talent at Publicis Groupe UK
This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with a Talent Partner, supporting people, culture and performance across a dynamic, multi-agency environment

What you'll be doing: Build strong, trusted relationships with managers, providing guidance that supports a high-performing and inclusive culture Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes Lead core HR processes including performance management, family leave policies, and first-line disciplinary and grievance cases Partner on employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning and performance review communications Collaborate with Talent Operations to maintain accurate employee data and ensure seamless people processes Contribute to wider HR and Talent projects, supporting delivery of aligned and effective people strategies Analyse and share people data insights to support informed decision-making across stakeholders Skills we're looking for: Experience in an HR Advisor (or similar) role with exposure to employee relations Good working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence applying it in practice A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine desire to learn and develop Strong relationship-building skills across a range of stakeholders Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Interest in working across HR disciplines including engagement, development and business partnering Experience in media, advertising, digital or similarly dynamic environments is helpful but not essential At Publicis Groupe UK, we’re proud of our diverse and inclusive community of over 5,000 professionals across media, creative, data and digital
