This is not a remote/hybrid position and will be based in a Turner office or project location. Position Description: Contribute to development and refinement of 2D detailed documentation and 3D models for construction projects. Learn Virtual Design Construction (VDC) tools to produce accurate and efficient drawings that align with contract documents and project requirements. Essential Duties Key Responsibilities: Understand and apply basic Building Information Modeling (BIM) detailing principles and practices. Assist in creating, modifying, and maintaining 2D detailed documentation, drawing, and 3D models with direct supervision. Learn to interpret and translate design documents into model requirements. Participate in introductory training sessions for BIM tools and workflows. Contribute to preparation of basic project documentation and reports. Attend BIM meetings to understand construction sequencing and its relationship to BIM detailing. Learn relevant building codes, local jurisdiction requirements (AHJs), and processes. Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
