Job Description
Join The Dalles Treatment Center as a Behavioral Health & Addiction Counselor (CADC). Make a real impact, support individuals in recovery, and work with a supportive, client‑focused team.
$28.00hr.-$35.00hr. Depending on Experience

Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
Your Role:
- Help clients identify their strengths and use them to reach meaningful social, educational, vocational, and life goals.
- Be a steady source of hope and support as clients build a healthy, drug‑free lifestyle, offering encouragement through every stage of their recovery journey.
- Ensure every client receives high‑quality care by following program policies, procedures, and regulatory standards with consistency and professionalism.
- Perform all duties with integrity and within the scope of your professional license or certification, contributing to a safe and ethical treatment environment.
- Work from a stable, reliable workspace with a consistent internet connection to support accurate documentation and effective communication.
Qualifications and Skills
- Oregon CADC R, I, II, or III licensure.
- Valid driver's license.
- Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
